María Andrée Vásquez studied Baking and Pastry Arts at The Culinary Insitute of America, in Napa Valley, California. After culinary school, she specialized in custom cake making, taking courses with renowned cake designers like Colette Peters and Jen Nurse. Following her passion for food and art, she went on a culinary journey to Florence,Italy, and specialized in Food Publishing.
